Are these Halloween decorations that contain singing pumpkins and inflatables too much? Some neighbors in Braintree think so of this one house's display. The Halloween display apparently plays loudly at night to keep the neighbors up and numerous times they have called the police for noise complaints. Are these neighbors just being busy bodies or is their complaints warranted? The neighborhood children love it but do you? What would you do?
